The Tyson Medical Foundation along with Inferno arecommitted to advancing the health and well-being of the underinsured, uninsured, and military veterans of the Imperial Valley by delivering compassionate, high-quality medical careand foods rooted in the principles of the MAHA objectives. Our mission includes empowering patients through education that supports long-term wellness, emphasizing the importance of nutritious, non-processed foods and evidence-based dietary practices. We promote healthy cooking methods including the use of natural fats such as beef tallow to support metabolic health, reduce chronic disease risk, and enhance overall quality of life. Through clinical care, community outreach, and health education, we strive to equip every patient with the tools needed to achieve sustainable, whole-body wellness.

Primary care services are available in our Brawley, El Centro, and Calexico locations, ensuring that high-quality, community-based care is accessible where patients need it most. Through our facilities in El Centro, Brawley, Calexico, and Calimesa, we strive to expand our reach, advance MAHA-guided health initiatives, and promote a community culture centered on whole-food nutrition, metabolic health, and sustainable well-being. This includes providing healthy, nutritious eating options through Inferno as part of our commitment to preventative care and lifestyle support.
